Three interview stories
At 4pm on Thursday 8th September Volunteer Stories looks at some of the voluntary work and community projects in St. Pölten that involve refugees. Host Lettice Wigby conducts three interviews:
The first interview is with Kholoud; a Syrian refugee who volunteers with the Red Cross.
The second interview is with Maria; a student who volunteers with Elongo – a volunteer Buddy project by Diakonie.
The third interview is with Gerald, Flora and Joseph; who organise World Chorus – a music project involving refugees and local citizens.
This week’s episode also features music by Jim Kroft, Concept, Blood Donor, Patti Smith and World Chorus.
